When it comes to Birthday Parties & Church Parties I am always looking for Inexpensive Decor. This is what I came up with. I took branches from a tree and spray painted them lime green and put them in a glass vase (from Ikea) filled with rocks (from Dollar Tree). Then I made miniature Party Poms Click Here for Instructions out of tissue paper and attached a string to them to hang on the branches of the tree. Turned out so cute! I used these for a Relief Society Spa Party and put a square of wrapping paper under for a finished centerpiece. I also used them for my daughters Owl Birthday Party and spray painted pine cones to go with it. (They're inside the vases but you can't see them very well)

Decor Ideas
This is My Entryway. I love Black & Turquoise Combos. I chose the Bluebird theme because of my Dad who loved Bluebirds. He actually made the bluebird sitting in the window. I cherish this room because it reminds me of him.
For these Chargers on the wall, I actually bought silver chargers at Dollar Tree, spray painted them and then added vinyl and distressed.
This is my wreath. My sister in law made me a Christmas wreath like this and I was so sad to take it down. I decide to make the "Everyday Version" of it for my Entryway. All supplies came from Hobby Lobby. The wreath is spray painted white and then spray painted with clear glitter.

Doormat Wall art
My friend showed me this idea and I love how it turned out. First take a piece of wood and spray paint it. Then take a doormat and place it on top and spray paint a second color on top. Then take off the doormat immediately and you will have a funky design. The first time, I used the full doormat on two pieces. The second time, I used the center of the doormat for each piece. These are especially fun to make when you can't find the right colors of decorations to match your room because there are tons of spray paint colors. Try it.

Paper Wreath Rosette Tutorial
I saw a tutorial on Paper Wreaths here. I thought, okay, but I'm really not into the book page look on my wall. Then I thought about spray paint, my new craze. But could you really spray paint paper?
I tried it out and now have 4 funky little wreath Rosettes. I'm obsessed with Rosettes for my hair, my shirt, my bag and anything else. Why not a Rosette for your wall? So that's what I'm calling these, my Paper Wreath Rosettes. And guess what? I spent $7 for supplies (not including spray paint).
So, first buy a foam wreath at Dollar Tree along with a book from Dollar Tree or your collection that you would love to rip apart. I couldn't bring myself to buy a bible, but a cheesy novel worked great. The more pages and the stiffer the page the better. I bought spray paint at Lowe's. The black and white are only $1. They have a large selection of cute colors for about $3 a can. (better selection than Walmart). I also bought a primer and primed them first, just to be safe. You will also need a hot glue gun and plenty of glue.
Let's get started....

Then spray paint. Like I said, I primed first. It took about 3 different layers to fully cover all the writing.
Cute eh? I love how they look metal or wooden.

Tiered Trays from Dollar Tree
These are the tiered trays I made.

This is a pic from the tutorial.
My sister in law showed me this great Dollar Tree idea. If you are up for a little spray painting, Here are the instructions. I'm waiting for the rain and wind to stop to get started. (I may have even tried doing it during a windstorm because I was so excited, but soon found out wind and spray paint do not go well together) I will post my pics if we ever see a sunny day. :)
