I made these cookies for our camping trip and they were a huge hit! Kids like them too because they are a nice little size.
1- Make your favorite sugar cookie recipe or buy the refrigerated rolls of dough
2- Drop a ball of dough in each mini muffin hole
3- Get your fingers wet with water and squish the balls to take the shape of the muffin tins
4- Watch them closely, only cook until barely golden brown
5- Dump them out while still warm or they stick in the tin
Cream cheese filling:
{16oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar (more or less to taste), 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 tsp. vanilla}
6- When cooled, fill each with cream cheese filling
7- Top with your favorite fruit
