Pennant banner

For your next party: sew this easy pennant banner! I bought the animal print felt at Hobby Lobby as 8 1/2 by 11 sheets of felt. Then I cut triangles out and sewed the triangles behind some cute ribbon. It is reusable, easy, and cheap.
