These cards are invitations I made to a Halloween party I hosted. I simply wrapped 3/4 inch white ribbon around a rectangle of cardstock (criss- crossing in some areas to look like a mummy wrap). Once wrapped I stuck big googly eyes with glue dots on the ribbon and made it look like the eyes were peeping out. Then I just glued the mummified rectangle shaped cardstock to the front of my card. I also wrote "You're Invited" On the ribbon that is hanging off. These cards were super easy, and a big hit.
