Ruffle Capris

Take a boring pair of denim capris

and change them into this

Easy Peasy.  
{My Ruffles are several strips of fabric sewn together and then sewn into a tube shape.
But, you can do this with a single piece of fabric, sew it into a tube and hem the bottom.  Then ruffle the top and pin to the bottom of the capris and then sew it onto the capris.}
